CleanCore Expands Dogecoin Holdings

CleanCore Solutions, a company listed on the NYSE-American, has bought an additional 100 million Dogecoin (DOGE) tokens, bringing its Official Dogecoin Treasury holdings to over 600 million DOGE.

Strategic Accumulation and Goals

The acquisition is part of CleanCore’s aggressive accumulation plan, with a short-term target of securing 1 billion DOGE within 30 days. Long-term, the company aims to hold up to 5% of Dogecoin’s circulating supply, positioning itself as a leading corporate reserve for this meme-coin culture turned digital asset.

Backed by House of Doge & Dogecoin Foundation

CleanCore’s treasury strategy is officially supported by the Dogecoin Foundation and its commercial arm, House of Doge, which give legitimacy to its ambitions in the Dogecoin ecosystem. According to company statements, the approach is meant to bolster market confidence, encourage utility, payments or tokenization use cases, and establish DOGE as a reserve asset of institutional interest.

Market Reaction & Price Movement

Since launching its Official Dogecoin Treasury on September 5, 2025, CleanCore’s accumulation has been fairly rapid. Earlier large purchases included about 285.42 million DOGE on September 8, and the treasury passing 500 million DOGE on September 11. Following the accumulation, the market price of DOGE has moved upward from approximately $0.2417 to a range between $0.27 and $0.30, marking increased investor interest.

Looking Ahead

CleanCore’s plan to build a large DOGE reserve is ambitious and unprecedented in scale for a company focusing solely on Dogecoin. If successful, this could mark a shift in how corporate treasuries view meme-coins and reserve assets. The coming weeks will be critical in seeing if the 1 billion DOGE target is met, and how this influences both DOGE’s price action and institutional sentiment.
